@AirCanada been waiting on hold, with a ten minute conversation in the middle, for closer to 3 hours, all because your website crashed and you overcharged me when you told me I needed to book this flight again, and did. It's been a frustrating. @porterairlines how would you deal?
@AirCanada literally just trying to talk to someone about my booking. Your AI agent has hung up on me twice after it seems like your website charged me an increased rate after your site crashed. Why is this so painful? How do I talk to someone with the capacity for thought?
