I gave Claude Opus 5.5 a 32-pixel sprite from a game I made years ago, and it gave me back the hero for its 3D remaster

The usual route is hiring a 3D artist, then an animator, then rebuilding half the game around them. This one starts with the PNG that's already sitting in your repo

A remaster always sounds like a "maybe one day, if the game makes money" project, because the hero has to be rebuilt from scratch in a completely different medium. But every stage between a picture and a playable 3D character now has its own tool, and Claude can walk your sprite through all of them in one evening

The trick is that a 32-pixel sprite isn't something a 3D generator can read, so Claude doesn't feed it the sprite at all. It feeds it a clean redraw

What happens to the sprite:

→ Claude studies the sheet and redraws your hero as one full-body, front-facing A-pose concept, keeping the palette and silhouette people remember
→ an image-to-3D tool like Meshy or Tripo turns that concept into a mesh, and you can ask for low-poly if you want the retro feel to survive
→ the mesh gets auto-rigged with a real skeleton, so it can bend the way the pixel version only pretended to
→ idle, run, jump and attack clips get attached under the same state names your old animation rows used, so the logic you already wrote still knows what to play
→ Claude loads the GLB, fixes its scale and orientation on load, and drops the hero into a 3D blockout of your first level

You can use it for a Steam trailer that shows the remaster before it exists, for testing whether a 3D sequel even feels right before you commit a year to it, or for giving that old game jam entry a second life

Which old game of yours would you remaster first?

The full sprite → mesh → rig → game pipeline, with a free tool next to every paid one, is in the article below

THIS IS F**KING CRAZY.

You don’t need to show your face to build a YouTube Shorts channel.

This is a 55-minute breakdown of how faceless Shorts channels actually work.

The creator walks through:

Finding viral Shorts and studying what makes them perform.
Identifying content formats that already attract attention.
Using YouTube analytics to understand what’s working.
Editing clips, selecting the right moments and adding effects.
Using text overlays and engaging formats to keep viewers watching.
Staying consistent instead of randomly uploading and hoping for results.

What I like about this approach is that it focuses on the actual process, not just throwing AI tools together and promising overnight income.

Study what works. Learn the editing process. Understand your analytics. Then keep improving your content.

There’s a lot to learn here if you’re serious about faceless YouTube channels in 2026.

Save this for later.

Holy F\*CK... 15 days ago this account had zero videos, and it already has 62M views. This guy is a straight-up genius 🤯

Right now:
→ 62.2M views
→ 80.3K followers
→ just 24 videos

That's almost 800 views per follower

No face, no voice of his own. Just a realistic 3D world and one word on screen at a time

The channel's theme: "explaining things the way you've always wanted." What's under an ordinary house, how a cooling tower works, what's inside the White House. You look at the cross-section and understand something you've seen every day but never thought about

The new video shows how a bamboo house is built: a floor above the ground, stilts, snake protection, a roof made for monsoon season. Every word is a new detail, and you keep waiting to see how it ends

A few tips on how to make videos like this:
1. Take something everyone sees every day and show its cross-section
2. One word on screen at a time
3. A new detail every couple of seconds
4. One realistic style for the whole channel
5. End with an unexpected fact

The whole system in one line:
everyday thing → cross-section → word by word → millions of views

One format. One AI. One person 👀

$20 is f**king dangerous

Some guy's MacBook runs 7 Claude agents doing his job while he sleeps.

No assistant, no salespeople, no office, 100% profit.

While he sleeps, it hunts Google Maps for businesses stuck in 2014 and sends each owner a 10-second video of their new site.

47 clients a month, $400 a pop.

A $480 API bill prints $18,800/month.

Web agencies still burn 8 salaries on the exact same orders.

He runs it alone from a $999 MacBook and his iPhone.

Lead says yes, his Mobile agent books the Zoom, he taps "approve" from a taxi.

The system lets him sleep unless a deal tops $3,000 or replies drop below 12%.

Everything else runs 24/7 without him.

Here's how to make Claude work in loops while you sleep ↓

Grok Bot made me $3000 in a day, 3,500+ tasks done by 10:43am, and it is f*cking unreal 🤯

A laptop, a phone and 6 bots, and none of them can hit send without me. No cap

-> Chief routes the work, 4 jobs an hour, to Inbox, Sales, Expense, Talent and Trader
-> Sales queued 36 drafts and sent exactly 0, every one waits on my yes
-> Expense filed a $42.18 Uber receipt and matched the invoice itself
-> Login wall? It hands me the screen, then picks up where it stopped

Every log line at 0:11 has a job, a tool and a status: done, queued, parked, handed to you 👀

The approval line was drawn before the first task: anything that moves money gets parked for me

THIS GUY IS A F*CKING GENIUS... he turned a gross cartoon gamer with 30 days to glow up into 116K followers with just 4 videos 🤯

Every episode is one day of the countdown:

→ Day 1 got 5.9M views.
→ Day 2 got 1.1M views.
→ Day 3 got 2.9M views.
→ Day 4 got 878K views.

The whole show runs on two numbers at the top of the screen: days left and glow-up percentage.

In this episode, he finally takes a shower, texts the prom queen he’s trying to impress at the reunion, and cuts toenails that click like claws.

Glow-up: 6%.

The comments write the show.

Under one episode, the top comment said he should take a shower and got 138K likes.

The next episode opens with him in the shower.

So people come back to see if their comment made it in.

One goal, a clear ending in 30 days, and a meter that moves every episode.

You always know how far he has to go.

And look at the bio: open to ads, and a $9.99 playbook on how to make an animated series with Claude.

The recipe is almost too simple:

→ Claude Code writes 30 episodes around one goal and one deadline.

→ Nano Banana creates one main character and keeps him the same every day.

→ Every episode ends with a question, and the best comment becomes the next episode.

If just 0.1% of the 5.9M people who watched day 1 bought that $9.99 playbook, that’s 5,900 sales.

This breakdown shows the full pipeline in Claude Code and how to turn a series like this into $15K a month 👇

THIS IS F**KING INSANE!

Same Claude script. Three times the payout.

A faceless YouTube channel, run by one person with Claude, aiming at $35K a month. The plan starts before any video exists: pick your niche by RPM, not by passion.

What YouTube pays per 1,000 views (upper range):

Finance: ~$30
Documentaries: ~$25
AI: ~$10

Views needed to hit $35K/month (his estimates, not guaranteed):
Finance: ~1.2M
AI: ~3.5M

The script quality is identical. Only the niche changes, and it triples the money.

What he says rarely works: a generic script, a robotic AI voice, and stock footage.

What he does instead:

Claude writes as a documentary scriptwriter: a hook in the first seconds, a new open question in every section, about 1,500 words
ElevenLabs for voice
Midjourney or Flux for images, Runway for video clips

CapCut for editing
His weekly loop: research → script → voice and visuals → edit → thumbnail and upload → check analytics

Which niche would you pick: finance, AI, or documentaries?

THE $478 A DAY CLAUDE + SHORTS SETUP COMES DOWN TO ONE PROMPT RECIPE, AND YOU CAN COPY THE STRUCTURE

Not a magic button. A prompt with 5 parts, and the clip shows every one.

First, the setup takes a minute. In Claude, open Customize, go to Connectors, add a custom connector, name it OpenArt and paste the link from https://t.co/63fTmb6bfd. Do it once and you’re done.

Now the prompt. Here’s how the one in the clip is built:

the style: a high energy cinematic Disney-Pixar animated Shorts adventure
the hero and the world: adorable toddler firefighters saving a busy fantasy city
the opening shot: sunrise inside a colorful toy-like fire station
the pacing: a new scene every 2 seconds to keep people watching
the camera: a fire alarm close-up and fast tracking shots beside the fire truck

Paste that into Claude and it sends the job to OpenArt, which renders the clip. Now you have a Short you can post and monetize.

What can it pay? Google’s overview says 1 million views generally earns between $1,000 and $6,000, as low as $50 to $200, and $15,000 or more for the right long videos.

Swap in your own heroes and your own city, keep the 5 parts, and you can make a new Short in minutes.
the people who learn the recipe once can run a hundred versions while everyone else rewrites a blank prompt every time.

bookmark this and follow, I’m sharing my full prompt template this week.
