I took a picture of a kid's chest x-ray to show the family (he had pneumonia). I showed the kid and he gasped. Then in an awestruck voice he said, "I have a skeleton."
Officially made it out for my first run with a baby and a dog in tow. Was it fast? No. But, was it long? Also no. Was it graceful? Most definitely not. Do I feel accomplished? Absolutely yes ๐ฅณ
@awesomebrandi As someone with epilepsy & (self-diagnosed) ADHD, I was so worried my whole pregnancy about my son having one of the same or some other neurodevelopmental issue. Now that he's here I basically just realize that as long as he's HIM and breathing I'll love every piece of him.
@joshsmith722 Lol I still stand by my original statement, you and Kayle and me should get together soon!! You're so close to us now! We'd love to have you over!
@JessicaIsLiving Anytime I see your tweets I wish we still lived on the same continent to have some theology discussions like when we were 13 (except with very different viewpoints from that time period๐ ) I love that you've always kept your fierce passion for justice, Jess! ๐ค
@CarissaCaples @dvdpeters I have a son. So I'm a "boy mom"... I will not be doing cool tough boy stuff. When he's old enough, he'll probably be baking, playing music, and crafting bc that's what me and his dad both like ๐โโ๏ธ
Unless youโve been a pregnant person or taken care of a pregnant person on the brink of death from a pregnancy complication, perhaps you should sit this one out.
@JessicaIsLiving I just love you & your heart, Jess! Everytime I read one of your posts I wish you were closer to home... Actually no, I wish I was in Iceland ๐
