เรื่องทั้งหมดเริ่มมาจาก มีผญคนนึงชื่อ นางสาว บี อายุ 20 กว่า ทำงานอยู่ร้านสะดวกซื้อ เมืองจินจู คืนวันที่ 4 พฤศจิกายน 2023 นายพัค (28) เดินเมาเข้ามา แล้วเริ่มทำลายข้าวของ นางสาวบีเลยเข้าไปขอร้องให้หยุด แต่พอนายพัคเห็นนางสาวบี ที่ผมสั้นก็ของขึ้นทันที เตะต่อยเธออย่างแรง คว้าเอาโทรศัพท์เธอไปโยนใส่ไมโครเวฟ พนงชายอีกคนอายุ 50 กว่า เลยเข้ามาช่วย แต่นายพัคตะโกนด่าว่า “มึงก็เป็นผชเหมือนกัน จะมาขัดทำไม!“ นายพัคเอาเก้าอี้ฟาดคนแก่ ชาวบ้านเห็นเหตุการณ์เลยโทรแจ้งตำรวจ นายพัคโดนจับขังในสถานี แต่ก็ไม่หยุดอาละวาด บอกว่ากูไม่ได้ทำอะไรผิด

นางสาวบีที่โดนนายพัคทำร้าย ตกอยู่ในสภาพปางตาย เอ็นฉีก ฟันโยกทั้งปากจนไม่สามารถเคี้ยวอาหารได้ หูซ้ายสูญเสียการได้ยิน ต้องใส่เครื่องช่วยฟังตลอดชีวิต กลายเป็นโรคหวาดระแวง ส่วนพนงชายที่เข้ามาช่วย กระดูกหักไปทั่ว ทั้งที่หน้า ข้อมือ ไหล่ และเนื่องจากป่วยมาทำงานไม่ได้ ต้องไปรพบ่อย สุดท้ายเขาก็ต้องลาออกจากงาน สูญเสียรายได้ เนื่องจากเขาทำงานรับค่าจ้างรายวัน

ตำรวจสอบสวน นายพัค อ้างว่าก็พนักงานผู้หญิงผมสั้น เป็นพวกเฟมินิสต์ ตอนที่กระทืบผญ นายพัคตะโกนว่า ”กูอยู่กลุ่มชายเป็นใหญ่เว้ย!” ซึ่งเกาหลีมีกลุ่มชายเป็นใหญ่จริง ที่ไม่ใช่แค่แนวคิดเฉยๆ เป็นเหมือนสมาคม

ส่วนนางสาวบีก็เหมือนโดนทำร้ายซ้ำสอง ตำรวจถามว่า “ที่โรงเรียนหญิงล้วน (ที่เธอเรียนจบมา) เขาสอนให้เป็นเฟมินิสต์เหรอ” เหมือนจะโบยความผิดว่า ก็เธอเป็นเฟมินิสต์หรือเปล่า เลยโดนทำร้าย ทั้งที่มันไม่ใช่ประเด็นเลย เธอถูกผชคนนี้ทำร้ายโดยไม่มีเหตุผล ถามเธอว่าเธอไปเหยียดผชว่าเขาเป็นชายแท้หรือเปล่า

สุดท้ายศาลตัดสินให้นายพัคติดคุกแค่ 3 ปี ต้องจ่ายชดใช้ให้พนงชาย 10 ล้านวอน และนางสาวบี 21.5 ล้านวอน (5 แสนกว่าบาท) โดยแบ่งจ่ายเป็นงวดๆ นายพัคเคยเสนอนางสาวบีว่า ถ้าเธอยอมๆ ไปซะ เดี๋ยวฉันจะจ่ายให้เดือนละ 2 แสนวอน (5 พันบาท) มูลค่าคือเศษเงินเทียบกับสิ่งที่มันทำลงไป

สาเหตุที่ศาลให้ติดคุกน้อยมาก เพราะศาลเกาหลีมองว่า นายพัคตอนก่อเหตุ สูญเสียการรับรู้ความเป็นจริง สติไม่ครบถ้วน เมา เลยลดโทษ ตอนแรกจะให้ติด 5 ปี (ซึ่งก็น้อยอยู่แล้ว) ลดลงเหลือ 3 ปี และให้จ่ายเงินชดใช้น้อยเพราะนายพัคอ้างว่าไม่มีจ่าย ทั้งที่มีเงินจ่ายค่าทนายเอกชน คนวิจารณ์กันหนักมากเพราะทำผู้หญิงพิการ แต่ติดคุกแค่ 3 ปี

ผญที่พยายามสู้คดีมาตลอด ได้รับผลลัพธ์แบบนี้ก็ให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า “ฉันเหนื่อยมากแล้ว และคิดว่าคงไม่มีคำตัดสินที่ดีไปกว่านี้ ฉันยังต้องเข้ารับการรักษาทางจิตเวชแบบไม่มีกำหนด สภาพจิตใจยังไม่มั่นคง จะไปหางานทำก็ยาก ฉันยังสงสัยตัวเองอยู่เลยว่า จะกลับไปใช้ชีวิตเหมือนเดิมตามปกติได้มั้ย ทุกวันนี้ยังรู้สึกเหมือนเหตุการณ์มันยังไม่จบ”

ในเกาหลีใต้ บางคนยังมีแนวคิดมองว่า เฟมินิสต์ เท่ากับไม่ดี หัวรุนแรง ทำลายสถาบันครอบครัว ผู้หญิงบางส่วนยังบอกว่า ฉันไม่ใช่เฟมินิสต์นะ ออกมาต่อต้าน เป็นการเข้าใจผิดว่า เฟมินิสต์ คือการต่อต้านการมีครอบครัว ลดทอนคุณค่าของผู้ชาย ทั้งที่มันคือการเรียกร้องสิทธิความเท่าเทียมให้กับทุกเพศ และไม่ใช่การให้ผู้หญิงเป็นใหญ่กว่าใคร

เหตุการณ์นี้ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรก นักแสดงสาว ซงจีฮโย เคยเล่าในรายการว่า ตอนที่ตัดผมสั้น โดนกระแสวิจารณ์แง่ลบ ช่างตัดผมโดนคนโทรมาถามว่าตัดผมสั้นให้เธอทำไม โดนคุกคาม

ในปี 2018 เคยมีกลุ่มผญผมสั้นไปร้านเหล้า โดนผชมาคุกคามจนด่ากลับ ด่าผชว่า พวกแกจู๋เล็ก ไม่เคยมีผญเลยล่ะสิ ผชเลยทำร้าย แต่ตอนหลังสังคมกลับเข้าข้างผชว่าผญไปหาเรื่องก่อน ใช้คำลดทอนคุณค่าผช ทั้งที่จุดเริ่มต้นผชไปยุ่งเรื่องที่ผญผมสั้น

เคสที่เป็นประเด็นมากที่สุดคือเคสนักกีฬายิงธนู อันซาน ที่ผมสั้นเป็นเอกลักษณ์ ยิงธนูได้ 3 เหรียญทองโอลิมปิก เก่งระดับโลก แต่ผชเกาหลีบางคนกลับเกลียดเธอ เข้าไปด่าในเน็ต เรียกร้องให้ยึดเหรียญทองคืน ทั้งที่สิ่งที่เธอทำก็มีแค่ ‘ไว้ผมสั้น’

Just finished watching Salmokji with my boyfriend. He was so scared 😭 He said it’s the first Korean horror movie he’s ever watched (he’s Japanese), and he thought it was really good. I wish I had recorded his reactions though ⬇️

I genuinely thought Suin died after she broke the cairn because she got pulled inside. But when Kitae saw her sitting there, I immediately knew something was off. What still confuses me is when she actually died. Was she already dead underwater that whole time?

As for Jongwon, he’s the man who can’t be moved 🎤 Well, he’s selfless and only cares about Suin 😮‍💨

Hyeyoon was amazing as Suin. Her acting was so convincing, and her screams honestly made the horror feel so much more intense. If I wasn’t watching with my boyfriend, I would’ve replayed those scenes over and over 😂
