As we wrap up 2024, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible opportunities this year has brought. Here’s a look back at a few highlights:
Some of these institutions and individuals who claim to “support” creatives are often the same ones that simultaneously disrespect and exploit them, all while promoting a narrative of community engagement that disguises a ulterior/capitalist motive.
Hezron Henry, from Turks and Caicos 🇹🇨, paints not just with brush, but with soul. His canvas speaks in emotions of his island home intertwine with purpose, urging us to explore the depth of who we truly are.
