Here’s the ratios of 5–>10yd & 30–>10yd linear sprints w/ our Football 🏈 players based on 40 splits. The Rust color means there is a deficit in either Acceleration (Left) or Top End Velocity (Right). If they are balanced (double Green)…Based on their needs, Accel: @SHREDmillSpeed G2 or TE Velo: G3 & TruForm!

Main lift Lower Body was Wide Base Safety Bar Box Squats (Max Effort). Focus was on Strength. Those that have also hit their Power Output are using Bands working on Time to Peak Power (.45s). We then contrasted with WBC for our COD “Plyo” to assist w/ transfer to the field. “Squat/sit into it before getting out” Allowing the opponent to react and have to overcome their own inertia.

Bundy Upgrades his 8th Place performance last year as a sophomore to a Silver as a Junior !!!

The Vikings pull out all the stops today in DOMINATING fashion winning by over 60 POINTS at the 2026 3A Rich Township Sectional Championships For the 2nd Straight Year!

They Qualify 12 Individuals (9 Events) & 3 Relays to the State Championships Next week on the Big Blue @ EIU !
