@BhavanChand @BiohackerJake This is expected and it’s why super low dose hgh is generally a bad idea. While it doesn’t cause long term suppression like test, it turns off endogenous production while taking it. So if you dose that low, it turns of production without replacing it

@BiohackerJake Curious your results. I am currently switching from 4iu daily in AM/PM 2iu doses, to 8iu EOD just AM. Once I establish a new baseline I am going to test day 1 8iu AM, Day 2 off day, Day 3 tesamorelin PM, Day 4 8iu AM, etc etc.

@PGC1a_RB After reading more, I suspect that Tesa or any secretagogue day after Gh dose will be largely ineffective because pituitary GH response still blunted 24 hours after an exogenous dose.

My new idea is 1. fasted AM 8iu, 2. off day, 3. PM tesa, 1. Fasted 8iu, etc
