Aku ingatkan baliklah cerita ini. Yang dapat pelaburan PNB dan Khazanah ini adalah syarikat Fashion Valet milik Vivy dan suami.

Dalam masa yang sama syarikat Duck (30 Maple) jadi vendor atau supplier kepada Fashion Valet pun milik Vivy dan suami.

Fashion Valet rugi teruk. Tapi 30 Maple untung banyak. Sebab apa? Fashion Valet yang order, yang market-kan jenama Duck dan Lilit masa mula-mula keluar. Kan?

Sebelum syarikat 30 Maple dijual kepada Fashion Valet, Vivy telah buat banyak untung di sana. Fashion Valet telah beli syarikat 30 Maple daripada Vivy dengan harga valuation lebih kurang 100m.

Cerita mudahnya begini. Fashion Valet milik Vivy yang mendapat dana daripada PNB dan Khazanah telah membeli 30 Maple milik Vivy. Jadi, Fashion Valet bayar Vivy untuk ambil alih 100% 30 Maple.

Setelah Fashion Valet membeli 30 Maple, platform Fashion Valet ditutup dan mereka kata nak fokus jual jenama Duck dan Lilit. Pengarah syarikat Fashion Valet ialah Vivy dan suami, manakala pengarah syarikat 30 Maple ialah Vivy dan suami.

Dalam rekod kewangan, lebih kurang RM10 juta dibayar kepada pemilik syarikat 30 Maple, sebelum Fashion Valet mengambil alih pegangan kesemua sahamnya.

Jadi siapa yang untung?

Aku nak kongsi balik apa MOF kata,

"Losses incurred from the stake sale were minor in comparison to Khazanah and PNB’s overall earnings for the year," MOF said in its written reply on Monday

Khazanah dan PNB dengan “angkuhnya” kasitau, rugi RM43 juta tu ciput sahaja. Takda kesan terhadap mereka pun.
