Tip: When you send an invoice to customer, call them a couple of days later to make sure been received and all ok with no queries.
It stops any delay with payment later in month
which will affect cash flow. Be a step ahead at all times.

Of course DC did wrong, unfortunately seems he's now calling in favours.

@OliverDowden If that was the case why did his wife Mary Wakefield say, in April, that he collapsed when he rushed home to look after her and spent two weeks in bed, and should have gone to hospital..
So just what is the truth here? He can't be in Durham and London at the same time.

@piersmorgan Doubtful they would have been able to travel 260 miles without toilet break. If using services then just walking through to toilet area would have posed a significant risk to others! Did they touch door handles, flush, soap dispenser, taps & air blower? Not acceptable!

Worrryingly there's an increase in unpaid invoices (10 days+ after due date) Before Pandemic fig. was 30.4%, now 43% & rising. UK is one of worst in Europe. Practicing good Credit Control is essential right now, as is keeping customer relationships intact. Keep dialogue open.

check customer's
POs. If their terms of payment differ to your own terms agreed, and you supply goods or service without checking & challenging, it's deemed that you accept customer terms and this will override any terms previously agreed
