I have noticed that 500 of my nectar points have been used on 28th May. The location says Chelsea Lotts Road. I have never been there and live in Essex. I’m not worried about the points just concerned how this could happen. Could you help please

Flight RK9822 delayed from Edinburgh to Stansted. Put back 3 times from 19.00 to 23.50. No apology or explanation. The weather has been fine here and stansted and other flights ok. Thanks for £3 food voucher but when do you last buy food at an airport ?

I’ve been looking into arranging your telephone grocery ordering services for vulnerable customers as I’m a carer for a 95 yo with no internet access. I’ve been told delivery charge is £7 for orders between £25-40! Seems a lot for a vulnerable group.
