“Three Conservative sources, two of whom are former MPs, say a damning quote is making the rounds in their circles after a third Tory joined the Liberal caucus: 'Pierre Poilievre has become the Justin Trudeau of the Conservative Party.’”
Here's the audio excerpt (Q&A) with Premier Danielle Smith on Breitbart confirming she asked the U.S. adminstration to "put things on pause" to help Pierre Poilevre get elected as PM as she believes he aligns with Trump on many issues and the "new direction of America."
I drew this last November 26th knowing full well no self-respecting family newspaper in the country would be likely to print it. I was right. But given the events of this weekend, I’m gonna to let ‘er rip anyway.

“I am also happy that the suspected shooter is dead.” In all the reactions from political leaders the world over, I can find no other expressing such lipsmacking satisfaction at the violent death of another human being. While others appeal for calm, Poilievre rejoices in retribution.
It’s human enough, in such moments, to think it. But to say it — and not in some unguarded private moment but as the public reaction, with the potential for further violence hanging in the air, of a would-be prime minister… This is not normal.
I’m thrilled to see #Halifax Council vote to protect our Northwest Arm from infilling.
A huge thank you to everyone — concerned citizens, dedicated public servants, committed elected officials at all levels (shout out @pattycuttell11!) — who came together to make this happen.
@MitchMaltby It’s a great read, Graham is an outstanding author. His two other books are excellent as well, especially his most recent about NS Premiers.
@steelegr hopefully we will be lucky enough to see a fourth title in the future?
@girlindabushes@HalifaxReTales If they know this person is in a group home and they have this info because the person is a client of the pharmacy, then fairly certain this sign is a breach of their privacy and possibly a violation of provincial law.
Anyone else notice which leader of a major political party didn’t say a single thing about the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia yesterday?
And hasn’t condemned rising hate against 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 people? But is happy to talk about how Canada’s too « woke »?
“A Powerful Lesson” @RJH_397 👍🏻
🧵 1/6. This is a powerful lesson…
A high school class is learning about the Salem Witch Trials. Their teacher told them they were going to play a game.
Dunno. That sort of seems to be her strategy as well.

A 🧵 || My Twitter feed of my people in Gaza is literally everyone saying goodbyes to each other and apologizing to anyone who they might have hurt. Asking for forgiveness from each other and solving any beef they may have had with each other.
1) 🧵When I was raped by my father in 1969, and got pregnant, I was sent to a nunnery/ orphanage to have the baby. I was locked in the attic for 3 months and had no air. My meal came. It was a few little things and a raw drumstick. I could not eat it. I left the drumstick .
