@HMRCcustomers No I can’t. It won’t let me. The issue I’m having is that on my payslip for this month I have the tax code D0, but online it shows I have the tax code 846L

@virginmedia It’s sorted now. It’s just absolutely mental that it took 1:30 hours and 3 different security checks to solve the problem! Then, at the end of it all, I’m told I have to pay to help solve the problem

@virginmedia I’ve never ever spent 1:30 hours on the phone to a company to ask for a WiFi booster! It’s absolutely ridiculous that this wasn’t resolved in a matter of minutes
