As @LindaMwananchi_ team, we forgive the disgraceful conduct by DIG Gilbert Masengeli and Lagat at Opicho’s funeral in Kitale today. We still got to speak to the people. I know many in public service are living in fear because we have a very petty regime in power. Being seen to “allow” opposition leaders too much leeway can end careers. My assurance is that in 10 months you will experience true freedom.

I kept my passes from KQ flights 202 and 203 to and fro Mumbai on 15/16 October 2025. I couldn’t tell you what the toughest part of the day was, receiving the news in the morning or taking that flight to Mumbai. But I digress. I want to say Ahsante sana to some key people who made everything possible in very difficult circumstances.

1. The Indian High Commission in Nairobi and the Indian Government. I don’t know how many rules of international travel were bent to make that flight happen. Ahsante sana.

2. @KenyaAirways management and the flight crew led by Capt. Saviemaria Ondego. Absolute class. Bwana on the way back we thought our tears had dried then she hit us with that call change to RAO001 when we entered our airspace. Wacha tu. God bless.

3. The regular passengers on those two flights. Many were bumped off. Heavy seat changes to accommodate the delegation. Long delays especially on flight 202. Many had no idea what was happening until we were airbone and the captain made the announcement. Apologies for the inconveniences on that day, but you were very gracious. God bless.

4. The @kdfinfo . Bwana for the honor extended to Baba, we his people will forever be grateful. Salute🫡

We must build these shiny things in a just, free and democratic atmosphere where all countrymen can enjoy them ALIVE.

Ruto: Wewe Mr Extortionist! Governors wanakulilia!

Sifuna: OK, so can these alleged Governors now come forward and make the accusations themselves?

Ruto: Abujubujubuju!

Sifuna: The success of SHA can not be measured by the number of people registered on it, but by the quality of services it offers and availability of these services to the most vulnerable.

Ruto: Umetumwa na sponsor! Uko down! Uko down banaa!

Sifuna: If you are distributing employment letters to your friends at State House, the rest of the country that you have marginalised has a legitimate responsibility to send you home and install a government that will accord EQUITABLE opportunities to all and reset the nation away from your kleptocracy.

Ruto: This can't be you speaking! It must be Uhuru Kenyatta!

Previously on this show, Ruto had incessantly said "Sifuna hana agenda". But as we can see, Sifuna actually drops snippets of his governance agenda and policy positions daily, while Ruto rants angrily, shouts on the microphone and sounds like a broken 1982 Sanyo Cassette player.

When Sifuna was touring Homa Bay, I did not go because, honestly, I smelled danger from a distance! One of the ladies he appointed yesterday to the Linda Mwananchi communication secretariat was there with him, facing goons armed with pangas. Some of these ladies from the Kikuyu community were right there when things got dangerous, standing with Sifuna while others could only watch from a distance.

Later, Hon. Majimbo Kalasinga narrated to me the terrifying ordeal one lady from Mt Kenya went through. According to his account, she was surrounded by goons with pangas who wanted to kill her. Her driver had already been slashed and was lying on the ground going to sayuni. The lady, who has never publicly narrated the full ordeal, reportedly survived after showing the attackers photographs she had taken with the late Raila Odinga in 2022. Even then, one of the goons allegedly demanded close to KSh 200,000, threatening that she would suffer the same fate as her driver. Imagine going through such an experience simply because you chose to stand with a political movement!

Now let me tell you where some of us from Sifuna's own community were during that Homa Bay tour. I was comfortably seated in my house in Trans nzoia,enjoying ugali and a thigh of ingokho.

Some of us were not even enjoying our meals properly because we were busy checking whether the doors were firmly locked, just in case one of those goons from Homa Bay decided to run all the way to Bungoma with a panga!

Let these ladies be! They have sacrificed for Sifuna and Linda Mwananchi.
