My opinion on GPT-4o like trying:
1. AI is so far still an information processing tool, it classifies and presents, but don't mislead people to trust it really can understand or with emotions.
2. AI is not human. Don't do anthropomorphisation when there is no meaningful "I" in AI, it is really not a responsible agent. Inform everyone about this, and notify again and again when needed.
3. It is useful to stop in the middle of a conversation, but if human gets used to it when talking with AI, they may also get used to it when talking to human, and AIs are all watching and learning from it.
