@DirectLine DirectLine responded via DM and were efficient indeed. Unfortunately still 40% up on last year & 20% more than their competitors. Not sure why it takes 2 calls and a Twitter message to get someone to look at this properly - and why they try and fleece loyal customers!

How can it be right that my car insurance renewal has gone up 82%? @DirectLine no matter how much you try and explain this as inflation etc makes no sense! What's worse is if I do a quote as a new client it comes up 20% cheaper! That's makes 20 year loyalty seem worth it NOT!
