₹1,258.60 was debited on 1 Jul for a failed IRCTC booking. IRCTC shows the refund as SENT_TO_BANK since 10 Jul, but Kotak has still not credited it and keeps treating it as “customer error.” SR 45220685. Please trace and resolve urgently
