@virginmedia what a terrible experience. At 66yrs old 4 calls to god knows where with limited English staff, expect me to crawl around checking cables, lied about outage and now given me a remote, can't up the volume and day 2 can't switch TV on. Appalling Customer Services.

Customer Services is disgusting. Ordered an item for my garden, it arrived with a part missing. 30 mins later I'll got Customer (no) Service. Agreed to replacement Replacement - same part missing. Refused to send me the part. Now agreed to refund but have 2 items I can't use
