@visegrad24 The answer is in the post! They only offer to minority....meaning white people are not the minority!!!!! I'm sure there are bursery available for talented students on low income if you looked
@BenKentish It used to be worth paying a student loan to go to university in the hope to earn more...now I see jobs for graduates that are 25-35k a year! You do not need a degree to earn that salary let alone paying near 100k for it with interest.

@bphillipsonMP private school opening myth to disprove the disaster affecting the public purse actually includeds specialist schools that the state need and pay for due to not meeting their needs in mainstream. Hense the EHCP cost savings scandal
Removing disabled children’s rights and forcing them into units without any choice in order to save money is an appallingly regressive move. This is segregation, not inclusion.

It is the government's own analysis that 54,000 children will be displaced by its education tax.
That's the equivalent of 196 primary schools worth of children that @UKLabour views as a reasonable level of collateral damage.
It's just plain wrong.
@WestminsterWAG@RachelReevesMP Even her own people know she's a disaster! Not only was the first black hole not a black hole but now we are paying for her self created black hole with no consequences or impact on the decision makers!!!!!
The result of Labour's educational vandalism:
School closures ✅
13k children displaced (4x ⬆️ than gov. estimates) ✅
State sch budget cuts ✅
Teacher & support staff redundancies ✅
The lowest no. of teachers entering state schs since records began ✅
It goes on and on...
@Keir_Starmer I wonder why you don't feel there is a privalage to people attending grammar schools? Given they offer better education than standard state and most are filled with children who's parents can afford tuition to get them a place? Should not all state schools be equal?
@Keir_Starmer Note that your children get the privilege of living in catchment of a good state school so you and friends with 'broad shoulders' don't contribute to the state system you are using
@Keir_Starmer You also had the security of not needing to move schools half way through study. O what a privilege that was that you can't offer yourself.
The education tax was being used to pay for 6500 additional teachers.
There are 400 fewer.
Now it's being used for housing.
The housing department got a 0% budget increase.
"VAT money, if you're there, please make yourself known to us" 👻
@ISC_schools If they had any intention for it to go directly back into education it would have been ring fenced. What's happening to the parents fines for taking out of school????
If this was a Tory education minister, avoiding and failing so dramatically, to answer vital, pertinent questions - they would be gone by this evening.
Ooooph. The numbers on education exposed. Thats a massive fail for @bphillipsonMP@RachelReevesMP@Keir_Starmer and the Labour Party as a whole. Ouch. Turns out they really did lie.

@bphillipsonMP the problem with telling lies is the truth usually cmes out (i court they did)and now. Childhood trauma clinic might b better for you than government https://t.co/1Hsitt53Dr
@WilliamClouston@bphillipsonMP@ISC_schools Check the court evidence. It's not scare mongering it's facts the only honest thing she has said is that she made a choice! A choice to impact harm on children and families
@WilliamClouston@bphillipsonMP@ISC_schools Did Bridget just completely not answer the question again! People do want to see investments in state education. VAT policy is not raising any, and no evidence it's going anywhere near schools with more budget cuts this yr
@bphillipsonMP You are quick to point out bare face lies from others??? But the truth is budgets are cut again! More to be taken out of reduced budgets for pay rises, more sharing of smaller budgets for SEN support l. Let's discuss the bare face lies told about VAT on private schools shall we??
