Congress seems to have pinned its hopes on Instagram youth, running campaigns that try to repackage Rahul Gandhi as some next-gen, uber-cool “hot daddy” figure.

But the flaw is obvious. Big chunk of that audience is underage and can’t even vote. Many others are college students living away from their hometowns, do you seriously expect them to take leave, spend money, and travel back just to vote? Asking their parents for ticket money would fetch them a lecture, not a train ticket.

Then there are are woke, rich teens, studying in same city they belong to, but the only line they are willing to stand in is outside a new iPhone launch or a Western popstar’s concert, certainly not at a polling booth.

Social media “kranti” looks glamorous on Instagram stories, but it evaporates the moment real voting lines appear.

Ranveer Allahbadia comes across as a privileged, low-IQ guy with no real connection to the grassroots sentiments of India.

What he did on India’s Got Talent was a minor issue, at best deserving of social media backlash, but what he did now is far more serious. His attempt to whitewash the India-Pakistan conflict as merely “military vs military,” while our soldiers risk their lives to protect and avenge the sentiments of common Indians, is not just tone-deaf, it’s unforgivable.

There should be no redemption for this. Mark my words: sooner or later, his PR team will roll out some emotional campaign, perhaps a donation to a military welfare fund or a staged act of patriotism, to push the narrative that “Ranveer is more Indian than his critics.”

Don’t fall for it.

There should be zero tolerance for anyone who tried to peddle Aman Ki Asha narratives at a time when national sentiment was raw and our forces and civilians were in harm’s way, be it Ranveer, Ambati Rayudu, that third-rate Bigg Boss contestant, that fake UP tourism ambassador lady or any others from this privileged echo chamber.

Ideally, in such situations, India should suspend all private news channels and relay information to citizens exclusively through Doordarshan.

Expecting responsibility, sensibility, national security awareness, or even a basic sense of allegiance from media is a waste of time.

This should enrage every Hindu! How much longer will we tolerate this assault on our beliefs? It’s outrageous that our temples are under govt control, allowing such sacrilege to happen. This MUST be the tipping point! No more compromises. Hindu temples should be run solely by Hindus – no interference, no exceptions, and no outsiders dictating how we manage our sacred places!
