Few days ago , My DASH Cam had captured this footage at N Carroll Blvd & W Oak St where driver/passenger was throwing rubbish from vehicle. It’s completely unacceptable people think it is okay to throw their rubbish out of their vehicle. How can I report this @cityofdentontx ?
