Jean Grey spends most of the movie desperately searching for “V-Max,” believing it’s the key to finding or saving her sister Sara. She only realizes the truth when she’s in the same room Sara died in and sees the faded “Vent Max” label on the air vent.
If Jean can enter people’s minds, read memories, and chain-hop between hosts, why didn’t she ever successfully mind-jump into a senior Damage Control official (or even Metzger earlier) and simply pull the information about Sara’s fate directly from their heads?
Was this a deliberate limitation of her still-developing powers, a character flaw (grief/rage making her impulsive rather than strategic), or something else the film implies?
Writers and Kevin Feige reportedly want Peter Parker and Jean Grey’s relationship to become more than friendship in Spider-Man 5 or another MCU film, potentially moving away from the classic Jean–Cyclops–Logan love triangle.

SCOTT, COME GET YOUR WIVES! - Peter Parker
On a server I am on, I spit balled 'How Peter Parker would treat Madelyne Pryor?' once...
SO... MUCH... CYCLOPS ROASTING..... Also common consensus was that Peter would treat her better....
