Acceptance emails for the 2024 Conference are about to go out, but in the meantime, you can apply for one of our travel grants! https://t.co/rcPNqLHMFK
Funding priority will be given to students and untenured/contingent faculty. The deadline to apply is Friday, Sept 27.
@lady_professor Sounds good! Once I finish the ISAMW program, we can figure out a time to meet. I'll also be at APSA, if you are attending and able to meet up to offer some prep advice
I have had a lot of success with essays that require students to edit AI output. This technology isn't going away so teaching students about how to use it as well as what it does well and what it doesn't do well is important.
Are you attending ISA Midwest 2024 this year? Know what would make your conference better? Signing up for one of our workshops! Pay-it-Forward is extending its deadline until July 31 - you can apply at https://t.co/W3vyNTsETY
Congrats to junior Kylie Hammack, who has been named a Truman Scholarship finalist. Keep your fingers crossed for her - she'll be going on to the final stage of the interviews next week!

Congrats to #OKstatePS junior Amy Campbell, who was in DC this past weekend for the @PSANational Annual Conference! She was on a panel, presenting her Wentz research project "Deploying Feminism at the UN."
Very excited to be teaching as part of the Okstate Cambridge Scholars program once again! I get to mash up topics from some of my favorite classes, (hopefully) teach some pretty cool students, AND get my afternoon tea fix.
Looking for a study abroad experience this summer? Drs. Hansen and Nemeth are teaching a 2-week course this August: https://t.co/vP2I7jZV1o
Deadline is Feb. 16
No prizes for our #OKstatePoliSci MA contingent this year, but we're still proud of Josh and @SharinJoty for making it to the final round of the CAS 3 Minute Competition. They really held their own, especially considering they were competing against PhD students!
Check out our MA students competing at the 3min thesis competition today! @SharinJoty knocked it out of the park covering her thesis on women's empowerment and its impact on religious terrorism (1/4)
