Unbelievable customer service from @AnthropicAI. Their system glitches, eats a $5 Claude Pro top-up in 4 prompts, their support bot literally admits it was a "technical error" and "degraded service," and then says they won't refund it anyway? 😂 off to file a chargeback.

Hey @AnthropicAI, I’m a Claude Pro user. Hit my limit, so I paid $5 for an extra top-up an hour ago to finish weekend work. It locked me out again after just 3-4 prompts! $5 is 25% of the monthly sub getting 4 prompts for it is completely broken. Please check my ticket!

⚠️ @claudeai Pro is a productivity trap.
Just subscribed AND paid for extra capacity, only to be locked out within MINUTES.
The usage limits are a joke for professional workflows. You can’t build real projects if the "Pro" tier cuts you off the moment things get complex.
