Let’s talk … May 12, 2026

Our topic will be ‘setting goals’. Setting goals provides focus and direction in life, keeps us motivated and gives us a sense of self mastery. You can track progress, and when you have reached a goal you have set for yourself, you get to celebrate!

Our goals can be as simple as getting more exercise and becoming fit;  or as lofty and ambitious as Malala Yousafzai’s fight for girls’ education in Pakistan. Her efforts were recognized with the Nobel Peace Prize (2014).

three parcels 1302 & 1402 8 Avenue NW and 1040 14 Street
NW, including the former Grace Hospital site.
