@Paychex It sad that after being a customer for 10 years I still haven’t been contacted by “Leadership”… you know who i did hear from?? both ADP and Gusto, who obviously monitor your X account better than you…. paychex has really gone down the drain

@Paychex 799,999 customers… the 6 hours over 3 days i spent calling for help only to get transfered around the globe to useless support staff has made me leave paychex.. you should show pics of who your real employees are

@Paychex Paychex support has comsumed my free time… it is aweful to wait on hold for 45 minutes to speak to someone outside the US who then cant help, only to transfer again and again to unhelpful foreigners.. only to get not help…. shame on you Paychex, screwing your customers
