@virginmedia trying to call you for the past THREE DAYS to cancel my contract at end of term. Now your team say that I need to give 30 days notice (which I was doing but you didn't answer the phone). Really upset about this treatment after 7 years of service with you.

A warning to other @virginmedia broadband users. They have changed the external #IP #address on many of their customers routers without informing them. I've just spent hours resubmitting and re configuring servers and links after I found out.
