Bad experience! Moving out of India and needed to send household goods from Noida to Kolkata to my house. We wanted no hassle so hired PMR over others; at significant premium. Central & Kolkata team messed up causing significant stress. Had to intervene ourselves. @Pmrelocations

@gharkekalesh The airline has a responsibility towards the customer once a ticket is booked. Instead of handling the matter maturely, on just seeing the recording happening, the crew lost its cool. More training needed. @Lufthansa_India

I had purchased a Sony tv from @Flipkart on 7th oct, delivered on 10th oct and sony installation guy came on 11th oct, he unboxed the tv himself and we were shocked to see a Thomson tv Inside Sony box that too with no accessories like stand,remote etc 1/n

Dear @TheOfficialSBI ,

While I understand its for the security and protection of the consumer, but your forced periodic password changing process in online banking is a big pain. You need to relook and bring an ease in entire process.
