Break the hard habit into the smallest possible version
just enough to show up.
Do the bare minimum today.
Let consistency solidify first.
You can build intensity later.

I noticed something about habits that completely changed how I look at discipline.
When a habit feels hard and you skip it, your mind gets clever.
It points to other good things you did today and says
“See? Because you did those, you didn’t have time for this.”

We lose focus when we carry the wrong thoughts into the wrong moments.
Thinking about work at home
thinking about home at work
You end up present nowhere and frustrated everywhere.

This could be wrong, but I’ve noticed something.
Men and women often respond to failure differently.
Women tend to give emotional safety first.
Men tend to analyze the failure and push you to fix it.
Different approaches. Both powerful.
1/ Why aren’t we working on our ideas anymore? 🤔
It’s not because we lack creativity. It’s because we’ve started thinking in terms of money. 💼
Back in college, during hackathons or projects, we’d build things for the fun of it, not for financial gain. 🚀
4/ Back then, we didn’t care about the outcome. We built because we wanted to, because it was exciting! Now, we only think short-term—about returns and rewards.
And that’s why innovation slows after we enter the workforce. 🚧
