$MOLY Today I am in Nuuk, Greenland, and had the pleasure of meeting European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Commissioner Josef Síkela and Director General Koen Doens. Together with Greenland Premier Jens-Frederik Nielsen, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, the President announced an investment package for Greenland that included a mention of our Malmbjerg molybdenum project (see video extract).
Our project is supported by a feasibility study based on molybdenum at US$18 per pound, compared with the current price of about US$33. We are also working on byproducts like magnesium and REEs. We have a 30 year exploitation license for molybdenum and magnesium, we completed independent lenders due diligence reports, received high quality expressions of interest from AAA-rated lenders, signed long-term binding offtake agreements with the largest EU steel companies, and are advancing the equity portion of the capital expenditure. The Government of Canada has also invested in the project, making it the first G7 country to invest in mining in Greenland. A world-class Canadian civil construction company, 51% owned by Canadian Inuit, will build the mine and help create new skills and opportunities for people in Greenland. The project has the potential to increase Greenland’s GDP by more than 30% while supplying 100% of the EU’s defence-related molybdenum needs, a critical material used in more than 90% of defence metallic components. Although the EU is the world’s second-largest molybdenum user—with significant processing capacity, leading specialty steel products, and an advanced defence industry—it currently has no domestic molybdenum supply. We are working to change that and help make the EU self-sufficient for decades to come. 😎

$MOLY moly prices spiking, yesterday LME 1 month contracts closed at US$28.66 lb/Mo (10% one day move) and today over the counter trading above US$35 lb/Mo.. among others accident in a US roaster.. our Feasibility Study assumes US$18 lb/Mo after-tax IRR of 33.8% and payback of 2.4 years...
All the #REE & critical material stocks soaring on the BIG $USAR news. $ELBM $ELBM.v seems very cheap, see below. @ElectraBMC leveraged to #copper#cobalt#lithium --> 3 #criticalmetals. Has a hard asset, Co refinery complex with real, tangible value! Check out @ElectraBMC!
$MOLY We expect a busy year end, starting with the government of Canada’s Oct 31 announcement during the G7 Energy and Environment Ministers’ Meeting, where we are mentioned with our Italy contribution, among others, as part of the first round of strategic projects for the Critical Minerals Production Alliance to secure supply chains in G7 😎

$MOLY Today we announced the signing of an agreement with a major European Bank to act as the Export Credit Agency Coordinator for the Project for our aprox US$750M debt part of the Capex. This milestone is significant as it completes the debt syndicate participants with a world-class German bank. Further updates on the equity capital expenditure will follow...😎

Why did the Hivello user break up with their old money-making app? Because it just wasn't generating enough interest.

Literally, the very first thing I always look at is recent insider behaviour when I value a company. If the insiders think it's not worth buying, why should I? This strategy led me to hit a 20x with $VLE.TO and now a 5-6x with $APM.TO.
BREAKING:
Greenland secures Europe’s supply of molybdenum for many years to come.
The transition metal, of which China has the largest deposits, is crucial for the defense industry
Greenland Resources Inc., a Canadian company, has secured a 30-year exploitation license from the government of Greenland government for its Malmbjerg molybdenum project where it will develop a molybdenum mine in east-central Greenland.
The project, supported by the European Raw Materials Alliance (ERMA), is designed to bolster Europe’s critical mineral supply chain, addressing the EU’s lack of domestic molybdenum production.
Greenland Resources plans to supply more than 25% of the EU’s annual molybdenum demand—about 32.8 million pounds per year— during its first 10 years in operation and will then scale it up even further.
Molybdenum is vital for defense technologies due to its high strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.
It is used in military applications such as armor plating for tanks and vehicles, missile and aircraft components (e.g., airframes and engine parts), and high-strength steel alloys for naval vessels and submarines.
Molybdenum is also essential in radar systems, gun barrels, and other defense equipment requiring durability under extreme conditions.
$moly.ne After a lot of hard team work, today we were granted a 30-year exploitation license for molybdenum and byproduct magnesium 🇬🇱😎. Good timing now that the EU expects to increase defence expenditures from current 1.5% to around 4% of GDP and 80% of the metallic materials (including carbon and stainless steels) to be used for defence applications require ideally primary molybdenum alloying because of low deleterious elements and long-term security supply. Primary molybdenum is only produced in China (87%) and the USA (13%), China imposed export controls on molybdenum and is now a net importer. We will be able to supply 100% of EU defence needs. Europe is the second largest worldwide user of molybdenum with very large processing capacity and top specialty steel products but has no extraction..

Airbnb has become one of the most popular ways to earn passive income. 🏠
Whether it’s renting out a spare room or an entire property, millions of people are using Airbnb to make extra cash.
It all began in 2008 when two guys rented out an air mattress in their apartment to make some extra cash.
Fast forward to today, Airbnb is a global phenomenon, letting people monetize their homes and earn $500 to $1,500/month, or even more 💸
But here’s the catch, Airbnb hosting comes with challenges:
You need property (not everyone has spare rooms or houses).
Upfront costs for furniture, cleaning, and maintenance.
Managing guests, bad reviews, or damages.
Zoning laws and regulatory hurdles in some places.
Not exactly “easy money,” right?
Now imagine this: earning passive income without owning property, dealing with guests, or navigating legal red tape.
Enter DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) and platforms like Hivello.
💻 @Hivelloofficial: Airbnb for your PC
Just like Airbnb lets you monetize your home, Hivello lets you monetize your computer’s unused resources—computing power, bandwidth, or storage.
No fancy setup or property required. Got a laptop? You’re good to go!
🔧 How it works:
1️⃣ Download the Hivello app.
2️⃣ Install it on your PC or laptop.
3️⃣ It will automatically mine DePIN tokens while your computer runs in the background (You can still use your PC while Hivello is running. It didn't slow down my computer. That means you should still be able to do the usual things you do if you wish, and you won't even notice Hivello is running)
This is the future of passive income.
Airbnb transformed homes into income streams.
Hivello is doing the same for PCs, making DePIN accessible to everyone.
