In light of the recent public statements and administrative commitments concerning the blanket withdrawal or quashing of First Information Reports (FIRs) related to the agitations led by the CJP and associated acts of public disorder, our Clients wish to assert their legal rights and standing. They vigorously oppose any such executive concessions or applications filed pursuant to Section 360 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (formerly known as Section 321 of the CrPC).

It is well-established in law that the withdrawal of criminal prosecution cannot be permitted as a mere political compromise or executive leniency in cases involving cognizable offenses such as public violence, obstruction of public servants in the line of duty, and disturbance of public peace. Consequently, our Clients will be submitting appropriate Intervention Applications and Impleadment Petitions to the competent jurisdictional Courts. They aim to demonstrate that any unilateral withdrawal of prosecution threatens the rule of law, and the dismissal of such criminal proceedings without judicial review would be entirely illegitimate, legally unsound, and against the public interest.

My wife and I are homeschooling our kids.
Many people expressed concern.

But, if we just look around:-

- Exams are rigged.
- Private education is super expensive.
- Syllabus is mostly political propaganda (& outdated)
- Teachers are underpaid.
- Illiterates are building our educational policies.

These are just facts.

Is homeschooling tough? You bet.
But, the traditional schooling seems too broken now.

Should you also replace schools with homeschooling?
Maybe not. If you don't have a lot of time.

But, here are 3 simple things you can do with them:-

1) Read together. Set goals. Example: read 1 book/week. Discuss those books
2) Give money exercises. Eg. give kids allowance. Teach them budgeting or investing. These are real world exercises.
3) Put them in 3 activities/things that schools typically do not teach. Eg. observational skills, critical thinking, news analysis etc (depends on your kid's levels)

Start small.
See the progress.

In 10-15 years, the relevance of schools is definitely going to come down.

It serves as a reminder that members of the Armed Forces are held to exceptionally high standards of discipline and political neutrality.

Wearing the uniform carries responsibilities that extend beyond personal opinions.

No political leader will bear the consequences of an individual's actions. It is the individual and their family who ultimately face the impact.

Before posting anything online, especially while in uniform, think carefully.

A few moments of poor judgment can undo years of hard work and sacrifice.

I am going back home. I can't do this anymore. There are literally 5 goons around every genuine student. My brother and sister were protecting a Delhi Police officer because we had met him before, gave toffees to him and he told us if any problem occurs we can reach out to him. Last night, he didn't even have a stick in his hand. He was just asking everyone to move aside.

Suddenly, 10-15 goons attacked him and shouted, "Tujhe bhi Ratan Lal banayenge." I didn't understand it at that moment but when we searched on google, we found that Ratan Lal was a police officer who lost his life during a riot in 2020.

We were shocked. The most shocking part is that even the people leading the protest know about this but they are not doing anything. I want a career and I don't want to get into any trouble. If you are a student, just get out of this facade. Otherwise, you could end up ruining your career along with these goons."

There were numerous legal avenues available to address this, starting with full transparency around PR firms. PR, influence operations, and public advocacy are entirely legitimate in a free society. However, when covert PR campaigns are deliberately designed to engineer street protests and destabilize law and order, it crosses the line from protected speech into criminal conspiracy.

Investigative agencies should have applied strict financial and legal scrutiny to PR agencies that secretly contract actors, socialites, and influencers to fabricate outrage, with an intention to mislead the public, and provoke civil unrest. But I don't think even a single agency has been scrutinized in so many years.

When an average citizen with no criminal intent can be prosecuted for a single tweet under public-order laws, why are PR agencies executing organized, intentional disinformation campaigns allowed to operate with relative impunity?
