O‘ahu 🏠 single-family home sales rose 12%🔺 YoY as the median sales price ticked up 0.4% 🔺. 🏙 Condo sales inched up 0.8% 🔺 YoY as median condo price dipped 3.8% 🔻. June ended with 861 active single-family home and 2,542 condo listings.
