Not saying @SpaceX should not fight back for the fairest outcome possible, but to me it does weird that Musk thinks SpaceX is been targeted.

I don't get why @elonmusk is saying that the DOJ did an unlawful thing with their lawsuit on @SpaceX regarding hiring.

In a couple of interviews (Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson) he says it's because of asylum seekers, but the proceeding does not state that🧵

@porchzombie @EricLiptonNYT At first I also thought this was bogus though the rules states that you can hire US citizens, green card holders, asylees and refugees.

DOJ says SpaceX only advertised about the first 2 (US citizen and green card) + some other things.

@wayneb @elonmusk From the proceedings document, the DOJ says that SpaceX hiring posts from 2018-2022 stated that you needed to be US citizen or green card holder to apply.
While that is true indeed it failed to inform that asylees and refugees are also valid

@ThorJ778 My car was almost one of them, it was really close to the car that started it all. Good thing I was able to see the smoke right when it started and safely moved my vehicle away so the fire didn't spread even further.

@kel_bryson I know you can also buy it yourself and take it to your family. That's what I did with my family in Brazil. I bought it in the US and took it to them as the device is not released in Brazil.
