This is so sad to me. You love your work more than your family. Money isn't everything. Your children will remember the time you invest in them more than the things you are able to provide for them. As a self employed individual invest in your family first, everything else comes second. If you do that you will realize you can cut out a lot of those hours to bring the total down well below 70. If you find you can't, then keep telling yourself all the reasons you justify having work be the #1 priority in your life.
