@mcrs987 Wish I could say I’m surprised. You can’t put a logo on information so he’s never felt the need to site sources. And more often than not there is something in the title that seems meant to direct a middle finger to the face of the true source.
“Look what WE found”
@strafstrudel These plots show the data that is shown during the broadcast. Telemetry stops when engine diagrams appear on screen, hence the missing data
@CommentIsOpt@C2k_IT The cool down lap assumption was just based on when a human occupant in the car would most likely remove their hands from the o-shit handles to take the picture.
TESLA ROADSTER RUNNING F1 LAP TIMES
Tesla Roadster may have been setting some lap times at COTA. That’s insanely fast. The next fastest time is 1:32.029, set by Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes W10) during the 2019 F1 qualifying.
In other news, after roughly two months of assembly, the 420-ton bridge crane has been jacked up to the top of the Gigabay.
It’s one of eight bridge cranes that will be installed in the structure. The two larger 420-ton cranes will transfer vehicles between transport and work stands and handle breakover for horizontal transport, while the other six will be used for stacking operations.

@QuencyGuizmo_YT@TaiigerBlue Hmmm I suppose the gains from full-throttle exits and thruster-boosted straights could offset the cornering-G deficit. But that’s pretty wild considering how the Esses make up such a massive percentage of the track length.
@8753cFan It’s more likely that’s structural reinforcement for the chassis to allow it to withstand the immense downforce. Interesting you skipped the more logical explanation
@elontimes@LunarCitizens@RGVaerialphotos Between XAi, Tesla and SpaceX there are data centers in Texas, Nevada, California, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Oregon
@MatRancourt@SardinasFelix You probably haven’t been paying attention to the problems with the current generation of F1 cars. It’s been completely ruined by AI systems.
