The icon on Pas runs out faster and yesterday thinking I had 40% of battery I went to cycle as 2/5 lights on battery and shortly I had no support from motor and icon on Pas showed empty but battery had 2 lights

@SwytchBike Such a fraud company. Taking people's money making them wait months, over half a year for some and not providing any updates or contacts.

@SwytchBike @cyclist Another journalist, another article and customers that PAID for the "product" are still waiting. 5 months since the delivery date I've been given and nothing. Support doesn't say anything except stock messages that they are sorry and unexpected stuff happened. Seems like a scam

@SwytchBike Regret ordering this kit. They keep switching arrival dates and it's so far 4/5 months delayed since I've been told when I'll be receiving it. I'll message them for last time and then marking it as fraud with my bank
