I trained some AI models.

Introducing Masker & Masker-mini 🎭

Masker-mini is a ~20MB machine learning model that removes personal identifiable information, such as names, addresses, and identification numbers.

Small enough to run on-device and ship with your app, so sensitive data never has to leave the device.

I have trained it on a mix of real and synthetic data in the 24 official European languages 🇪🇺.

In my testing it scored a strict F1 >0.8 for all languages in the training dataset.

If you need better accuracy, Masker is its bigger sibling. This model should run just fine on most hardware, but is a bit too big to ship in a mobile app or browser.

Both are open-weights models, available under a permissive license.

Soon we'll drop a Swift, Kotlin and JS SDK. These SDKs will also add a deterministic layer to remove tokens like emails with traditional pattern matching on top of the AI model.

@luuk58 findBySerial doet async een callback, dus de return van function(bstick) blabla geeft niks terug aan je function find() omdat de callback buiten de scope van find zit
