It's "base effect" distortion.
1 โ 10 = 900% growth (added 9)
100 โ 500 = 400% growth (added 400)
Adding 400 is objectively bigger, but this chart uses "percentage of percentages" to make the 9 look superior because it started near zero.
So it's completely designed to make the earlier govt look better.
Now judge yourself and your maths.

I want to ask the opposition - Why donโt you want to allow discussion on how to prevent paper leaks? Why donโt you want to hold the Govt to account on the floor of the House?
This is disruption for the sake of it.
Many MPs like me who have been interacting with students who want genuine reforms are eagerly waiting to raise their genuine concerns.
If you are really interested in reform - allow the Parliament to function. Do some real work for a change.
