I’ve learnt a lot on ageing and people with HIV today; there are so many epigenetic clocks to predict biological age, but it looks like the Swiss clock is the best! :-)

65歳未満であっても、糖尿病、免疫不全、慢性心疾患、慢性肺疾患、慢性肝疾患、脾摘後などの基礎疾患を有する者は肺炎球菌ワクチンの接種が推奨される！
