The trend started w/Nokia $NOK providing optical data services. They got reclassified as AI infra by the market and serve as the torch bearer for this trade.

i genuinely believe Blackberry $BB is next as Wall Street & Main Street wisen up to the idea that its a pick and shovel AI/robotics/Defense infra trade that ALSO has memetic potential due to its legacy roots. Essentially, $BB is generating free cash flow via 2 operating divisions: QNX (real-time OS for autos, EVs, robotics, and defense) and Secure Communications (government-grade, NATO certified & quantum resistant).

I bought long dated OTM $BB calls last week bc IV has ranged 41-62%. Although long dated OTM calls are not "cheap" in the traditional sense bc market prices these things super efficiently with black scholes...but it's speculatively cheap gamma with a ton of theta. 🍌
