Day 17 #big30shef, 🙂🌧️⛈️😱😟🥵 =12 miles of muggy cycling only for the heavens to open and a mad dash for home. Managed 23.5, 317 miles to go. Had to try given tomorrows forecast 😨, maybe rest day 2. All for a very worthwhile cause, thanks for supporting #parkinson's research.
