@Sofology utter disgrace! Placed order in May. Constant delays, no pro-active comms. Delivery due today, rushed 2.5hours home to be there for the 12-4 timeslot only not to be told (because I phoned them) that truck did not leave warehouse. Absolute joke!! And still on call now!
@Sofology@MarkLaycock1 No problem focusing attention on two modes of comms, but need to concentrate on understanding where our orders are and indeed when they are being delivered!
@Sofology Couldn’t make it up!
Delivery due today as was apparently in the warehouse for delivery?
No SMS and guess what, no delivery. Now not in warehouse and needs to be trunked to correct depot with a further 10 day delay. Order placed in May…..wow! 🤯🤬
@Sofology@TweetleMcBeetle@Rictiffany83 Absolute nonsense, sort out you supply chain and link it to customer services so they can asssit your customers. Not hard!!
@Sofology can someone assist me.
Order placed in May, original delivery date mid August delayed til potential 9th October. Spent an hour waiting on your phone line to be told there is no update. It’s due into your warehouse Saturday, do you know, don’t you know?
Painful!
@Sofology joke of a company.
Order from May planned in for delivery today.
As per there policy they won’t be arranging deliveries until in there W/house. Well they did and it’s not there!!!
No proactive comms either I had to phone to find that out this morning! 🤯🤬
@MirrorDarren@GNev2 So with approx 20 players in 20 clubs earning more than £25k a week, one weeks salary of each of them is £10m! Alternatively furlough the players to £2.5k a month and donate the differences??!!
@richardajkeys Not at all does it change the argument. If you all haven’t noticed the world is in meltdown and we all need to pull together especially those were greater resources.
Football and footballers need to understand who pay for their extravogent lifestyles!!!
