Non-technical founders can build and ship real products with AI agents right now. Not prototypes, actual launch-ready software.

The catch is simple. If you can't run swarms of agents properly, all you get is slop.

This is the setup I actually use:

Claude Code on Opus 4.8, ultracode effort
Anthropic Max plan ($200/mo)
A "brain" the agent reads from, built in Obsidian + Davia + Graphify
Every official Anthropic plugin installed
/workflows plus one clear written goal per session

Then I make the agent study everything about the company and product before it writes a single line. Once it actually understands the business, you give it a goal and it grinds until the thing is done.

The goal prompt I use, save it. Fill in the top and paste the rest:

[Explain your goal in as much detail as you possibly can] then add:

"Build a roadmap of everything that needs to be done, item by item, to achieve our goal. Plan it out really well. Create a PRD /documentation for every single item / feature / part of our plan, one PRD at a time, audit the PRD and improve it and loop this until the audit is clean and PRD perfect, then move to the next. Once you're done planning everything and buildings PRDs and local documentation the move on to the next phase. You will work them one at a time. For each item: brainstorm and plan really well first, then audit that plan and improve it, and loop until the audit comes back clean and the plan is tight. Then execute the plan, audit what you built, fix and loop until that audit is clean too. Then test it where testing applies, fix anything that fails and loop until everything passes. Only then move to the next item and repeat. You're done when every item is implemented, audits and tests pass, it's documented in Notion, and it's merged and pushed to prod. Then run a full E2E pass and report back once it's truly, completely done."
