Happy Monday!
"The secret of getting ahead is getting started." – Mark Twain
Kickstart your week by building a powerful online presence that drives real results. Whether it’s social media management, ad campaigns, graphic design, or website development, I’ve got you covered.
Most businesses focus on how their website looks.
Fewer pay attention to how many people can actually use it.
An accessible website isn't just about compliance. It's about removing barriers that stop potential customers from taking action.
What defines success? And how can you replicate it?
Luck, as I often say, plays an important role. I have been lucky on my own journey. But with all that, we still face uncertainties, surprises, reversals.
What really distinguishes an entrepreneur, an entrepreneur who succeeds, is how we respond to those changing circumstances.

I receive alot of Dms daily of people asking me to give them roadmap and breakdown on how they can land their First Client on Upwork?
Good news, have decided to packaged everything into a simple guide you can follow at your own pace.
Comment "Upwork" below, I'll send it to U.
Branding and positioning
“Hey Michael,
I know you hired me to write the entire website content, but the elephant in the room is actually technical not the content itself.
For instance, the loading speed was 14.8 seconds when I tested it on mobile (using PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix). My premium SEO tool also shows your website currently ranked 543 out of 706 active sites in your region for core visibility metrics.
Digging deeper, I noticed the primary CTA button at the top right-hand corner of the website is too small and low-contrast, thereby affecting the click-through rate on desktop and especially mobile. You might have also recorded a huge churn (bounce rate spike) since the turn of the year. This is largely due to the main call-to-action being placed at the center of the website (instead of above the fold in a high-visibility position) and the testimonial section moved down below the fold (instead of right after the hero section where social proof has maximum impact).
For the blog section, the core/compact keywords are still relevant, but I strongly advise we update the titles, meta descriptions, and content accordingly to score high on recency signals and E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness). Google is now heavily rewarding fresh, authoritative content in your niche.
I’ve prepared a short Technical + Content Optimization Roadmap (just 2 pages) that outlines:
• Immediate fixes (most can be done in 1–2 days)
• Content updates that will directly improve dwell time and conversions
• A revised structure for better user flow
Would you like me to send that over now, or shall we hop on a quick 15-minute call this week so I can walk you through the findings with screenshots?
I’m confident these changes will deliver a strong ROI on the content work we’ve already done.
Looking forward to getting your site performing at its full potential.
Best regards,
Omoalhaja Abiola”
And the client replied with “Is $10k enough to get all of these done. We need this done ASAP”. This was in 2019 btw
Most service businesses don’t have a lead problem.
They have a process problem.
A homeowner reaches out for a quote.
Then what happens?
• The message sits unread for hours
• The reply is slow or unclear
• The customer doesn’t know the next step
-A quick response process.
-A smooth path from interest to confirmed booking.
Nothing fancy.
Just a process designed to capture opportunities instead of letting them slip away.
Most owners rely only on referrals and manual conversations.
That works… until growth slows down.
So they move on.
Not because you’re expensive.
Because someone else made it easier.
In local service businesses, speed and structure win.
The companies getting consistent jobs usually have a simple system behind the scenes:
-A clear place for customers to inquire.
Facebook doesn’t just check policies.
It checks stability, consistency, and behavior.
Clean setup.
Clear messaging.
Proper systems.
Ads should move your business forward not pause it overnight.
Build it right from day one.

Happy new week ✨
Most Facebook ad account bans don’t happen because of “bad ads.”
They happen because of quiet trust issues most businesses ignore.
• Mismatched details across page, website, and ad account
• Payment activity that looks automated or unstable
• Ad promises that don’t clearly match the landing page
• Aggressive spending on fresh or inactive accounts
• Weak personal profiles running business ads
• No backup structure when something breaks
