and if i told you guys one of my top headcanons for yingxing / ren is that he has a beautiful singing voice ( that he's VERY selective with sharing ) but when he's with dh / df he would sing to them. maybe cradle them in their lil dragon form and sing them a sweet song...

IT DEPENDS I THINK... when i write them, i usually have dan feng go with more "formal" sounding names like "beloved", though he sometimes does go for shorthand affectionate ones like "darling"! i also think he uses the chinese phrase "心肝" very often as well! it
