We’ve been discussing the impact social media has on our day to day wellbeing. The seniors are enjoying their poster making on managing social media stress.
Our MHWB class discussed various social media platforms today, reflecting on their purposes and the regularity of engagement with each platform. I look forward to hearing how they feel specific platforms impact on their wellbeing in our next class.
Setting healthy boundaries with gaming can make playing more enjoyable and stop you feeling drained. Entertainment, having fun and spending time with friends all play a role in supporting your mental health.

If you didn’t believe in miracles before, you can now. Mr Alston decided to use some hair restorer in aid of our #lockdownlaugh for @FDAMH. Great news everyone, it worked 👏👏👏. Whilst a lot of staff can’t wait for the barbers to open, Mr Alston is enjoying new locks!
