Thank the unions for the 8 hr work day, the weekend, Mininum wage, Overtime, paid vacations. Child Labor laws and job safety standards. Even when you're not in a union, or have a job that isnt unionized, you benefit from the hardwork of Unions pushing for all workers' rights.
