After making genuinely big filling portions of food for 500c I realised that the thing keeping me fat was snacking. The meals themselves are not an issue it's the snacks 😭
tbh considering what i had today and the fact it's under 1.5k cals i'm impressed i even got this fat in the first place like damn i was rlly stuffing myself
