Attorney General Todd Blanche made it clear: Mark Kelly’s dishonorable discharge and loss of rank, pension, and ability to re-enlist doesn’t protect him from federal charges. A military court-martial doesn’t create double jeopardy, and Blanche has the DOJ’s best lawyers building the case against him for conspiracy to commit high crimes.

Kelly thought he was safe once the military kicked him out. He was wrong. Blanche is making sure justice is served all the way to the end.

This is why Todd Blanche is the right man for the job. He’s not interested in optics. He’s focused on results. Traitors like Mark Kelly are going to learn that you don’t get to betray your country and walk away clean.
