@USCISDirector I have been waiting for my #H4EAD, 141days, still counting. It’s given me anxiety & depression. Every morning I check my case. I’m losing job offers only because I don’t have my EAD yet. & you’re talking about recognizing us immigrants? Why don’t you recognize our pain and agony?

Isn’t the USA a land of opportunities? Why this discrimination? I’m breaking down each day bit by bit. The wait for h4ead is eating me up!
Worst isn’t written yet. Here it is: IM HELPLESS. There’s nothing I can do but sit and watch my opportunities slip away.

I wake up, Open USCIS App on my phone. Just to see the “case Received” status. And then keep checking once an hour all day.
People say: it’s okay. It’s happens. No it doesn’t. It’s not happening with everybody. Why only us? #backloggedIndians #BackloggedGC #H4EAD #h4eaddelays

First thing I do every morning once I wake up is open the Case tracker app hoping for some movement in my #h4EAD application.The rest of the day goes by impulsively checking and anxiously waiting for a response from USCIS. A task of 12mins is taking average 6months.

A lot of people ( Americans and even fellow immigrants) don't know about our problems and how #H4EADdelays are ruining our lives. If we keep quiet this will keep going on. We need to be vocal to have any change.

What can you do?
