Glute strengthening, greater neuromuscular control and proprioception of knee position. IMO, single leg specific exercises and eccentrics are necessary to create strength for a proper movement pattern.
It’s well documented gratitude improves our mental health and life overall. We can scan our life and environment and choose to focus on the good. It doesn’t mean bad doesn’t exist, but it means we choose not to only focus on grievances for that will erode our minds.
